Collection Events for Household Chemical, Drug, Hard-To-Recycle Materials

The PA Resources Council has provided upcoming 2017 dates for the collection and drop-off of hard-to-dispose-of materials in Western PA. You can view all of the dates on the PRC website.

Events are scheduled for a variety of materials, such as:

automotive fluids, household cleaners, pesticides, paints and other household chemicals
e-waste such as computer towers and peripheral equipment, cell phones, printer/toner cartridges, CFLs and expandable polystyrene packaging, printers, etc.
televisions and computer monitors
alkaline batteries
fluorescent tubes
small Freon appliances
tires
unwanted or expired prescription and over-the-counter medications

The PRC's scheduled collection events provide a way to safely and legally dispose of those items and materials in Allegheny County, Cambria County, Washington County and Beaver County.
