Household Hazardous Waste Materials Collection

Important Notice from Vogel Disposal

Dear Richland Township and Cheswick Borough Resident, due to the changing situation involving the novel Covid 19 virus, Vogel Disposal has decided to cancel the June 8, 2020 and June 12, 2020 E-waste and HHW waste collections. We are suspending order placement for the next pick up at this time. We will evaluate the situation in June and make an announcement as to a date that you will be able to start placing E-waste and HHW pick up orders. We appreciate your understating during this unprecedented time.

Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) materials are leftover household products that contain corrosive, toxic, ignitable, or reactive ingredients that require careful disposal. Proper HHW recycling and disposal is essential. It conserves resources and energy that would be expended in the production of more products, prevents pollution that could endanger human health and the environment, and the reuse of HHW products saves money and reduces the need for generating hazardous substances.
